 The Princessa is a wonderful place to leave your worries behind and renew your spirit. This resort is one of the most comfortable and laid back on all of Sandy Beach. The design makes it feel like its own little enclave community. All the condo towers are arched in a C shape around a green and flower littered courtyard. The resort has a beach front swimming pool, child wading pools, BBQ’s, Jacuzzi, and shaded palapa covers. You can stay very active by taking a run in the beach or have a workout in the resort gym. Many people come to the Princessa because they have a sand volleyball court with many tournaments and events. The resort also has an on-site restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal and strong cocktails. You will fall in love with the Princessa. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of the B Tower. This condo has an ocean view with accommodations for 6 people; two in each bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the living room. The living room of this condo has been furnished with a black leather sofa and matching black leather love seat. Each side of the sofa has an end table with a black ceramic lamp and a double door beech wood media cabinet is located on the other side. The media cabinet has a TV, DVD, VCR and stereo system. You will never feel out of the loop because you can keep in contact with people at home because this condo comes with high speed wireless internet and cable TV. You can get to the beautiful patio through the sliding glass doors off the living room. The dining room has a beech wood rectangular table with seating for 6 people. The dining room also has a beech wood china cabinet with carved dolphins on the doors. The kitchen has white ceramic tiled counter tops with white cabinets and black appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything except the food and drinks. You can use the breakfast bar as a serving station for your guests. The master bedroom has sponge painted walls with a king size wood framed bed with a high head board and mint green bedding. There are tables with reading lamps on each side of the bed and a dresser on the other wall. The window that looks out to the ocean has a closet on each side and a small storage compartment below. Above each bed side table is beautiful piece of wall hung art. The master bathroom has a single sink vanity with a walk in shower and commode. The 2^nd bedroom  has a large beech wood cut out design head board with two twin size beds that have matching navy blue bed spreads. There is a table between the beds and a dresser on the other wall. The room also has a view of the courtyard condo entry and a double door closet. There are three decorative art prints above the long head board. The 2^nd bathroom can be found in the hallway and it has a walk in shower with a curtain enclosure, commode and mirrored single sink vanity. The patio is the best place to kick back and relax with a cold cocktail while you watch the tide roll in and out or have dinner while viewing the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. The possibilities are endless. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with the premium comfort provided in this condo.
