Welcome to the Princessa de Penasco where you will find comfortable and peaceful accommodations. The Princessa has a uniquely shaped architectural design that creates an enclave of its towers. The resort has a light yellow color with cobalt blue princess crowns on each tower. The Princessa has all the amenities that other resorts do but with a much more laid back and down to earth feel. The Princessa has beach front swimming pools, palm frond covered shade palapas, BBQ’s, and a Jacuzzi. You never have to miss your exercise routine because the Princessa has a state of the art fitness center and also a sand volleyball court. Walking through the property you will see paved brick walk ways and many exotic tropical plants. The property also has an on-site restaurant where you can fill up on food and libations. The Princessa also offers the convenience of on-site check-in. You will be very pleased with this resort. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of the B Tower. This condo has an ocean view and can accommodate 6 guests; 2 in each of the bedrooms and 2 on the queen size sofa sleeper in the great room. The living room has a very sleek modern feel with one tan micro fiber sofa, a bright red arm chair and a tan recliner. The coffee table has a birch veneer and a woven rug beneath it that brings all the colors of the room together. Above the sofa there is a colorful hand painted Mexican piece of art and a media unit on the other side. The media unit has an abundance of books, movies, TV, stereo, DVD player and so much more. You will always be able to surf the net and check your email because the condo comes with high speed wireless internet and cable television. The patio can be accessed through the sliding glass doors off the family room. The dining room has a very modern rectangular shaped table with a birch veneer finish and six brushed nickel framed chairs. The walls of the condo have been accent painted in a tan and white color design with several Pieces of complimenting art adorning the walls. The kitchen has ceramic tiled counter tops, white cabinets and black appliances. All you need is the food and booze we have everything else for cooking and serving. There are three high back cloth covered bar stools below the built-in breakfast bar off the kitchen. The master bedroom has been furnished with a queen size bed that has a black wrought iron frame and head board. The bedding is a swirl of green, pink and yellow tropical flowers. Above the bed there is a vibrant orange and black flower picture and a lighted bed side table on one side of the bed. The room has a small closet on each side of the massive ocean view window. You can also store things below the window in the double door cabinet. The master bathroom has a vanity with a large mirror, shower, tub and commode. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size black wrought iron bed frame with cream and gold checkered bedding. There is a bed side table in a birch veneer with a very modern white reading lamp. The room also has a large dresser and double door closet with full length mirrors. The bathroom has been faux painted in a cold color and includes a walk in shower, commode and a single sink mirrored vanity. The patio is furnished so that you can enjoy your dinner while taking in the awesome Rocky Point sunsets. Kick back with a glass of wine and soothe your soul with the sounds of the waves or just breath in the fresh salty air. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will be in paradise!
