 The Princessa de Penasco is one of the coziest and relaxing resorts in all of Rocky Point. If you have family you will really enjoy the welcoming unpretentious feel of the resort and its guests. The community has multiple swimming pools, a child wading pool, Jacuzzi and many shaded palm tree palapas. If you like to be active you will really enjoy the modern fitness center in the middle of the resort or maybe try a game of volleyball on the sand court. You can cook at home or enjoy dinner and cocktails at the Agave restaurant which is part of the resort. If you need a quick snack or beverage you can find them for sale at the check-in office at the back of the resort. You will always feel safe and secure because there is 24 hour security guards combing the property. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo can be found ocean front on the 5^th floor of the A Tower. The condo can comfortably accommodate 6 guests; 2 in each bedroom and 2 on the sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room of this condo is furnished with a plush cream colored leather sofa, dark cherry wood coffee table and a media cabinet. The media cabinet has a large TV, VCR, DVD and CD player. There is a beautiful metal framed piece of art hung on the wall above the sofa. The condo comes wired with high speed wireless internet and cable so that you never feel removed from loved ones or current news. You can get to the private 5^th floor terrace through the doors off the living room. The dining room has a round glass top table with four matching cherry wood chairs. The wall in the dining room is adorned with a massive painted metal angel fish in blue and yellow. The kitchen has light wood finished cabinets with granite counter tops and black on black appliances. You will only need to bring the food and drinks because we have everything else. There are three wrought iron bar stools with cream colored cushions pulled up to the built-in bar in the kitchen. The master bedroom is very bright with a king size bed that has a wood and wrought iron head board with a royal blue floral bed spread. The room has a night stand on both sides of the bed each with a reading lamp. The room has a massive window to the right that looks out to the ocean. There is a closet on each side of the window and there is a small double door storage compartment below which works perfect for shoes or luggage. The master bathroom has an arched entry that first leads to a mirrored single sink vanity and then a door separates the commode and shower. The 2^nd bedroom has two twin size beds with wrought iron head boards and blue and red quilt like bedding sets. There is one table in between the beds that has a lamp with a red shade. The room also includes a dresser and a double door closet where you can hang your clothing. The window on the left side of the room looks out to the condo entry. The 2^nd bathroom is located in the hallway and it has a single sink vanity with a walk in shower that has a curtain enclosure. The terrace enjoys a lot of sun and has a dining table with chairs. You can enjoy a cocktail or have your dinner outside while you watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez.  The view from the terrace is just breathtaking. The condo also has a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will be so happy with your wise decision to stay in this very comfortable condo.
