Sonoran Sky - SKY 1410-V max occupancy 10/ 4 BDRM

This is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bath suite on the 14^th floor of the Sonoran Sky Resort.  We can easily accommodate 10 guests (8 adults) in this spacious suite.  The colors are neutral earth tones with lovely accent walls and colors. The walls are cream and the ceiling is white with dark crown molding throughout.   For your comfort there are ceiling fans in each of the four bedrooms and in the living room.  The living room has a large L shaped sectional sofa in a tan cloth fabric.  The sofa is arranged so that you can either look out on to the terrace or watch TV.  Across from the sofa is a large entertainment center with a wall mounted flat screen TV.  The entertainment center includes DVD, cable and internet access.  The dining and living room areas offer panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez.  The patio doors all open and actually go around the side of the building. When they are all open it’s like letting Rocky Point into your living room.  You can feel the warm salty sea air surround your body as you sit and gaze out at the magnificent sunsets.  The dining area has a square wood table with 8 matching high back leather chairs.  The kitchen is fit for a gourmet chef.  Everything you could possibly needs is at your fingertips.  The counter tops and back splash are granite.  The appliances are all stainless steel and the oven and microwave area built in. The range is a flat corning surface top.  There is a window above the sink, which provides yet another view of the beautiful sunsets.  The island in the middle acts as a wet bar with a wine refrigerator and the bar easily seats 5.  There is plenty of prep space and storage as well as a pantry.  The master bedroom has a beautiful intricately carved bedroom set.  The king size bed is a short 4-poster with a headboard and foot board.  There are two matching night tables and dresser.  The duvet is done in earth tones and has matching pillows.  The closet has double sliding mirror doors and there is a ceiling fan above the bed.  The dresser is large and on top is a flat screen TV.  The master bathroom has a double sink vanity, a large built in tile shower with a glass door enclosure. Across from the shower is a deep Jacuzzi tub.  The master bathroom is large and has excellent lighting.  The patio doors open onto the terrace where you can enjoy a private Jacuzzi while taking in the evening sunset.  Guest bedroom 1 has bunk beds, a large dresser and a flat screen TV on top.  There is a small window with a bamboo shade and a ceiling fan.  The private bath has a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting and a shower.  This bathroom has an accent wall that is painted lime green.  Guest bedroom 2 has a king size bed with a beautiful headboard, 2 night tables and a large dresser.  On top of the dresser is a flat screen TV and there is a ceiling fan above the bed.  There is also a double size window with a bamboo shade.  Guest bath is located in the hallway and has a double sink vanity, mirrors, excellent lighting and a large tile shower.  Guest bedroom 3 has sliding doors that open onto a small private patio.  There is a king size bed set with matching dresser and 3-drawer night table.  The accent wall is rust.  The bedding is an animal print and the bed skirt is black.  There is a ceiling fan above the bed and a flat screen TV on the dresser.  This bedroom enjoys a private bathroom with a double sink vanity and a shower.  Down the hallway you will find the laundry room with a full size washer, dryer and plenty of storage space.  The terrace is magnificent.  There is a built in Charcoal barbeque and wet bar.  What more could you need.  As far as seating, there are two chaise lounge chairs, a wicker sofa with two matching chairs.  The cushions on the sofa and chairs are over stuffed rust colored fabric.  The chairs both have an ottoman and  there is a small matching coffee table.  This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, or relax with friends in the evening.  Enjoy some fresh seafood, or relax and watch the sun set.  Whatever you decide to do…this is a dream come true.
