   Relax and renew your over worked spirit at the Princessa de Penasco where you are just steps away from the sand, surf and sun. This community is one of the most down to earth and low-key as you can get on Sandy Beach. You can lie at the beach side pool, soothe your aching muscles in the Jacuzzi or have a cook-out on the BBQ’s.  You never have to miss an exercise session because the Princessa has its own gym in the center of the resort. If you would like to play a game of volleyball you can do so on the Princessa sand volleyball court. There is a Sea Side reservations office on the property where you will check-in. if you are too tired to cook why don’t you head over to Agave Cantina and check out the daily meal and drink specials. The Princessa will be a wonderful vacation experience. This 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo is a premium unit on the 4^th floor of the B Tower. The condo has an ocean view and can sleep 4 people; 2 in the master bedroom and 2 on the sofa sleeper. The living room has Venetian plastered walls in a sea weed green color with a pole orange colored sofa and matching arm chair. There is a palm tree piece of art hung on the wall behind the sofa and a beautiful floral rug beneath the wood and glass coffee table. Each side of the sofa has a glass and wrought iron end table with a reading lamp. There is a double door media cabinet on the other side of the sofa that has a large TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. Beneath the TV there are a variety of books and movies to choose from. You won’t ever be too far out of contact because the condo has high speed wireless internet so you can always send an email or browse the internet. You can get to the terrace through the doors in the living room.  There is a small dining area furnished with a glass top table with a wrought iron base and two wicker chairs. There is a water color painting hung on the wall above the dining room table. The kitchen has been recently updated with granite counter tops, dark oak wood cabinets and black and white appliances. The kitchen has all major appliances, flat ware, serving ware as well as many counter top appliances. You should only need to bring food and drinks. The kitchen also has a built in bar with two birch wood colored bar stools. The master bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed with a high birch wood veneer head board and white palm tree embroidered bedding. The room has a tall dresser with a TV and a bed side table with a reading lamp. The room has a window with a shade and a large double door closet with full length mirrors. The bathroom has a single sink mirrored vanity with a tub, commode and shower. The terrace has two dolphins hanging on the wall and a black wrought iron table with seating for two. You could enjoy a candle lit dinner while you watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez or have a glass of wine and try to count the many stars that loom over the ocean at night. You will feel refreshed just by breathing in the fresh salty ocean air. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will really enjoy all that this premium condo has to offer.
