This is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit inside the Marina Pinacate Resort. Pinacate is located on the very popular and beautiful Sandy Beach. The Pinacate Resort has a common area with a gorgeous pool, lounge chairs for sunbathing and a BBQ pit. The resort is right across from many restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. This unit has a living room furnished with two plush tan colored suede sofas of which one folds out into a comfortable bed for two additional guests. The living room has light wood end tables, coffee table and a massive entertainment unit. There is a TV and a DVD player inside the unit as well as many decorative pieces. Behind the couch there is a wonderful framed piece of art that really ties all the earth tone colors together. There are two sliding glass doors that lead out to the 1^st floor patio where you are just steps away from the sand and surf. The dining room has a large light wood colored round dining table with seating for four. The chairs are high back light wood with beautiful carved cut-outs. There is a huge mirror behind the dining room wall which really expands the room to make it feel bigger and more spacious. The opposite wall has a large oak china cabinet with many colorful pieces of china. The Kitchen has light wood cabinets with complimenting light colored granite counter tops and matching granite back splash. The kitchen has black on black appliances which include a built in microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. There are also small appliances like a coffee maker and blender. The cupboards and drawers have everything you would need to cook and entertain. There is a breakfast bar off the kitchen that has been lined with soft brown suede bar stools. The breakfast bar makes a perfect spot to sit and wait for the morning coffee to brew. The master bedroom has a queen sized light wood framed bed with a lovely beige bedding set. There are two matching end tables as well as a dresser to store you clothing. There is a window that will provide lovely sounds from the ocean if you choose to open it while you sleep. The master bathroom has a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting and counter space. The bathroom also has a tub and shower with plenty of towels on hand. The 2^nd bedroom has a king size bed with a very light wood colored headboard that has square cut-outs on it. There are two matching bed side tables and a lovely dresser. There is a window on one side and two art prints hanging above the bed which compliment the color scheme very nicely. The 2^nd bathroom also has a single sink vanity with plenty of space and room to store your toiletries. There is a stand up shower with sliding glass doors. The patio has been furnished for dining or for sitting and having a cocktail while enjoying the magnificent sunsets over the Sea of Cortez.
