This is very lovely 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit inside the Las Gaviotas Resort. Las Gaviotas is located on the very popular and relaxing Sandy Beach. Las Gaviotas is very different from the other resorts on Sandy Beach because all the buildings are only two story and all the units enjoy completely unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez. Las Gaviotas is also different because it is much smaller and more intimate as there are only 43 units in the entire resort. The common area tropical courtyard ha a beautiful swimming pool, sunbathing area with lounge chairs, and a BBQ area. The BBQ area is perfect for grilling up the catch of the day. The Las Gaviotas Resort is within walking distance of Bars, restaurants, and shopping. The living room of this unit has been nicely furnished with two plush tan suede sofas of which one folds out into a comfortable bed for two additional guests. There is a glass top wrought iron coffee table, matching end tables, and a massive entertainment unit. The entertainment unit has a large TV and DVD player. The dining room has been furnished with a light wood round table set to seat four people. The chairs are high back with arm rests and soft cream colored cushions. There are windows all the way around the dining room that fill the room with natural light and give a panoramic ocean view. The kitchen has medium wood colored cabinets with complimenting cobalt blue tiled counter tops and matching tiled back splash. The appliances are all white on white and include a built in microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove. There are also small appliances like a blender and coffee maker. The kitchen drawers and cupboards are filled with everything you could possibly need for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen also has a built in breakfast bar that has been lined with two high back light wood bar chairs with woven straw seats. The breakfast bar is the perfect spot to wait while your morning coffee brews. The master bedroom has a large queen sized bed with a light arched wood head board. The bedding is a plaid pattern with hues of greens and blues. There is a bedside table, and dresser to store your clothing. There are also two art prints on the wall that tie the colors of the room together. On the wall opposite the bed there is a metal art work piece of a horse drawn carriage. The master bathroom has a closet with mirrored sliding doors, a stand up shower and a single sink vanity with plenty of counter space and lighting. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with light arched wood head board. The bedding is also a blue plaid print and there is an art deco metal sun on the wall behind the beds. There is a bed side table between the beds and also a matching dresser. The 2nd bathroom has a double door stand up shower, a linen closet and a single sink vanity with plenty of storage space below. The private covered patio has a dinette set perfect for enjoying a sunset meal. There are also additional chairs where you can curl up with a book and soothe your soul to sounds of the waves. The unit also has ceiling fans throughout and all the comforts needed to make you feel right at home. You will not be disappointed with your stay in unit 435 of Las Gaviotas.
