This is a very cozy 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condominium unit located inside the Las Gaviotas Resort. Las Gaviotas is located on Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. This complex is unlike any other resort on Sandy Beach due to its shape and size. The resort has only 43 units and none of which are aver two stories high meaning that there are no obstructed views of the ocean. The smaller complex gives a more intimate and private feel. The resort has a tropical garden like court yard with a large swimming pool, sun bathing deck with lounge chairs and a BBQ area. The BBQ area is perfect for grilling up your catch of the day. The Las Gaviotas resort is within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shopping. The living room of this unit has been furnished with two red velvet futon sofas of which one folds out into a comfortable bed for two additional guests. The dining room has windows all the way around which allow the natural light to illuminate the room and also give a panoramic view of the ocean. The Kitchen has light wood cabinets and light blue tiled counter tops with matching blue tile back splash. The appliances are white on white and include a built in microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher. There are also small appliances like a coffee maker and blender. The drawers and cupboards have been lined with everything you would need to cook and entertain. The kitchen also has a built in island and breakfast bar area that has been lined with bar stools. The breakfast bar area is the best spot to sit and wait for your morning coffee to brew. The master bedroom has a large queen size a bed with an arched head board frame. The bedding is patterned in dark gold and brown hues. There are two matching bed side tables and a dresser to store your clothing.  The master bathroom has mirrored closet, stand up shower and a single sink vanity with plenty of counter space and lighting. The 2^nd bedroom also has a queen size bed with a light green floral pattern bedspread. There are matching bedside tables, dresser and a few accent shelves. A lovely hand painted picture of children is hung on the wall above the bed. The 2^nd bathroom has a double door shower and a single sink vanity with plenty of storage and counter space. The patio has been furnished with seating so that you always have somewhere to witness the divine sunsets and sunrises over the Sea of Cortez.
