This is a wonderful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condominium unit inside the Las Gaviotas Resort. Las Gaviotas is located on Sandy Beach but sets itself apart from the other resorts because of its smaller size and closer proximity to the beach. There are only 43 units in this small and intimate resort and none of the units have any obstructions in front of them. Staying here you will literally be just a few short steps from the sand and surf. The Living room has been furnished with a tan sofa, matching chair and a blue wicker love seat. The larger sofa folds out into a comfortable bed for two additional guests. There are matching glass top end tables, coffee table and an entertainment unit in the same birch wood finish. A TV and DVD player have been provided in the entertainment unit. There are also two sliding glass doors that open up to the private covered ocean front patio. The dining room has a round wood table set to seat 4 people. The chairs are a matching high back wood with soft colored seat cushions. The dining room has a panoramic view of the ocean and is illuminated with natural light. The kitchen has light brown wood cabinets and orange Mexican tiled counter tops. The kitchen comes with a built in microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove and refrigerator. There are also small appliances like a blender and coffee maker. The kitchen drawers and cupboards have been filled with everything needed to cook and entertain. In the middle of the kitchen there is a tile topped island lined with bar stools. This makes a perfect spot to sit and wait for your morning coffee to brew. There is another bar area on the side with high back bar stools as well. The master bedroom has been furnished with a light wood king size bed adorned with a chocolate colored bedding set. There are bedside tables as well as a dresser. The walls have been decorated with art prints that compliment the deep brown in the bedding. The master bathroom has two mirrored closet doors, a stand up shower, and a single sink vanity with plenty of space and lighting. The 2nd bedroom has a lovely light wood queen size bed with a deep red comforter. There are rustic green bed side tables and a matching dresser to store your clothes. A window on the right side of the bed lets in natural light and allows you to sleep with the salty ocean air. The 2nd bathroom has a single sink vanity, and stand up shower. The patio has been furnished with wrought iron high back bar chairs perfect for enjoying a chilled margarita or cold beer. The patio is famous for hosting dome of the most magnificent sunsets you will ever see. This unit comes with ceiling fans throughout and all the comforts needed to feel right at home. You will not be disappointed with your stay in unit 414 of Las Gaviotas. You should also know that after you tire from the beach there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the resort.
