This is one of the most incredible units in the Esmeralda Resort. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and enjoys a panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez. The living room of this unit has been furnished with a suede brown colored sofa and love seat. There is also a chair that compliments the suite very nicely. The coffee table is made of wrought iron and has a glass top. There is a wall mounted plasma TV with an entertainment unit below that holds a DVD player and theater surround sound system. The entire living room wall facing the ocean is plastered with sliding glass doors that all open to bring the outside and inside into one harmonious setting. The dining room features a high rise rectangular table set to seat 6 guests. The chairs are high back with a soft brown back rest and seat cushion. Above the dining are there is a recessed mosaic tiled circular soffit where a custom lighting fixture hangs to illuminate the room. The kitchen features dark wood cabinets with complimenting granite counter tops and matching granite back splash. In the center of the kitchen there is a large granite covered island as well as a breakfast bar lined with black leather bar stools. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances which include a built in microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove and refrigerator. The cupboards, cabinets and pantry have been filled with everything you would need to entertain or to prepare a gourmet meal. Above the island in the kitchen there are three hanging pendant lamps and another recessed mosaic soffit. The master bedroom has a massive dark wood framed king size bed with a light blue striped bedding set. The room has matching dark wood bed side tables and a dresser which holds a large flat screen TV and DVD player. Pay attention to the ceiling where yet another recessed mosaic tiled soffit holds the matching dark wood ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity with dark wood framed mirrors and plenty of lighting. The shower is made out of travertine and has a glass block enclosure. The bath tub is separate from the shower and has travertine wall surrounds. The 2^nd bedroom also has a large king size bed with a matching suite of furniture. There is a TV and DVD player on top of the dresser opposite of the bed. There are also two sliding glass doors that open up to the patio. The 2^nd bathroom has double sink vanities, and a separate tub and shower. The 3^rd bedroom has a queen size bed with a lovely aqua blue bedding set and matching suite of furniture. There are mirrored closet doors and a sitting area of wicker chairs. The 3^rd bathroom has a single sink vanity and a travertine shower with a clear glass shower door. The patio has a wonderful view of all of Rocky Point. The patio has been furnished with a dining area as well as lounge chairs for sun bathing. This unit also has a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with your stay in unit 1102 of the Esmeralda Resort.
