When you walk into this newly decorated, non-smoking, one bedroom condo, you'll know you have arrived at the beach.  The magnificent view from this 7th floor condo to the Sea of Cortez will reassure you that you've chosen a wonderful vacation resort.

The bedroom features a comfy king size bed with a memory foam mattress and a large dresser/mirror and matching bed side tables for all your belongings.  You can view the Sea of Cortez while enjoying a cup of coffee lying in bed, or step out the sliding glass door onto the balcony for some fresh morning sea air.  Some mornings, you may even see a pod of dolphins swim by.

The living room, which also has a fantastic view of the Sea of Cortez, features a leather queen size sofa sleeper which also has a memory foam mattress and will accommodate two.  Two navy blue swivel accent chairs and a TV stand with a 60-inch smart TV finish the room in beachy décor.

The kitchen has dark wood cabinets with complimenting granite countertops and matching granite backsplash. The appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave. Smaller appliances like a blender and coffee maker have also been provided. A reverse osmosis water system has been installed in the kitchen to filter your drinking water. The unit comes with a washer, dryer, and ceiling fans throughout.

The bathroom features a large walk in shower as well as an elongated soaking tub. 

The patio features a mosaic topped dining table for 4, an intimate sofa and chairs, along with 2 chaise lounge chairs.  It’s the perfect spot for sunbathing or having a cocktail while watching the sunset.

This home has secure WIFI and a code is provided upon check-in.  The living room has a 60-inch smart TV and the bedroom has a 43-inch smart TV. Cable TV channels are provided.
