This is a lovely 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit in the Ballena tower of the Bella Sirena Resort on Sandy Beach. Every room enjoys a spectacular ocean view and no expense was spared in the furnishing of this ultra lavish unit. The Living room has two light tan and dark brown leather sofas with a matching coffee table and end tables. On the opposite side of the sofa you will find a TV and DVD player. Many decorative touches have been placed throughout this elegant room. The Dining Room features a large dark wood dining room table set to seat six guests. The Kitchen is massive with its lovely dark wood cabinets and complimenting granite counter tops. The appliances are black and include oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. You will also have a coffee maker, blender as well as all the required essentials to create a royal feast.  There is a breakfast bar off the kitchen lined with three high back leather and wood bar chairs. These chairs are perfect for morning coffee or as additional seating when entertaining your guests. The Master Bedroom has A King size four poster bed with matching dresser and bedside tables. A TV and a DVD player have been provided on the opposite side of the bed to entertain you in the evening hours. A French door off the Master Bedroom leads to the terrace and the splendid Rocky Point views. The Master Bathroom has his and her double sink vanities with a separate elongated bathtub and a glass block shower enclosure. The guest bedroom has two full size beds with matching red floral bedspreads and a massive dark colored drape that hangs across as a decorative headboard. A TV and a DVD player can be found across from the two beds. The 2^nd bathroom has a single sink vanity and a glass door shower enclosure. The 2^nd bedroom also has a sliding glass door with complimenting window treatments. The sliding glass door gives access to the fully furnished patio area. The patio has been furnished for either dining while watching the sunset or for lounging with coffee as the sun rises over the Sea of Cortez. You will also find a full size washer and dryer so that you never run out of clean clothes or towels. You will not be disappointed with everything this wonderful unit has to offer!
