This is a lovely private villa located on the ground floor of Bella Sirena. This villa is right on Sandy Beach. This villa has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and is located just inches from the sand. The unit has an upstairs sundeck, beach shower, Private Jacuzzi on bottom patio and its own built in BBQ (Extra $25.00 dlls. Gas refill). The living room of the unit has light sea foam green sofas (NO SOFA BED) with a light wood coffee table, console table, end tables, and entertainment stand.  Above the entertainment stand there is a wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player and theater surround sound. There are two four foot vases with dried reeds on both sides of the TV. There are two sliding glass doors that will take you out to the patio. The dining room has a large dark wood table set to seat 6 people. There are two glass doors on both sides of the table that take you out to the patio. The kitchen has light maple cabinets with complimenting granite counter tops and matching granite back splash. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances which include a built in microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. There are also many small appliances like a coffee maker and blender. The cupboards and cabinets include everything needed for cooking and entertaining guests. The kitchen also has a lovely breakfast bar area lined with high back leather bar chairs. This area is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or for additional guest seating. The master bedroom has a large king size bed with a gray striped bedding set. There are matching bedside tables, dresser and a double door armoire. There is a wall mounted TV in the corner and two sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio. The master bathroom has a large elongated bath tub with a separate glass block shower. The vanity has double sinks with wood framed mirrors and plenty of lighting. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a dark wood frame and matching bedside tables. There is an angled fire place and a TV that hangs in the corner. Two sliding glass doors will take you out to the patio. The 2nd bathroom also has double sink vanities with a separate elongated bathtub and separate glass block shower enclosure. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV and DVD player provided on top of the dresser. The bedding set is striped with gray and lavender hues. Bathroom # 3 has a lighted marble single sink vanity with a travertine shower. The patio has been furnished with a dining area as well as a sitting area perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a nighttime cocktail. This unit is just steps away from the sand. You will also appreciate the full size washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. This unit has it all! You will enjoy many sunrises and sunsets over the Sea of Cortez. You will not be disappointed with your luxurious stay in Villa 12 right on Sandy Beach.
