Rocky Point rentals are held in advance with deposit

Main Office & Las Gaviotas Office is open seven days a week from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 11:00 pm on weekends.

Pinacate office is open seven days a week from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 11:00 pm on weekends.

The Princesa office is open 24 hours, seven days a week.

Bella Sirena, Casa Blanca & Las Palmas Office is located at the Bella Sirena Business Center and is open from 7am to 11pm, seven days a week.

If you plan to arrive late, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs

There is a charge for extra people: $10.00 per person per night. (12 & under no charge)All Puerto Penasco hotels have occupancy limits. We must enforce these regulations in accordance with the Home Owners Association.

A $100.00 Cancellation fee is charged if cancellation is made 10 days before occupancy date. This is a per unit charge. There are NO Exceptions.

There is a $10.00 rebooking fee for any changes made to your Rocky Point rental(s) once it has been confirmed.
