The large outside patio wraps around ¾ of the home and boasts a wonderful view of both the Sea of Cortez and the Estuary. The great room has a large cupula, boveda ceiling, wood-burning fireplace (bring your own wood or fire logs), TV monitor for DVD/VCR use, and stereo system with CD and MP3 player. The large spacious kitchen has granite counter tops with bar seating for 9 and table seating for 8, dishwasher, stove, and all necessary small appliances, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The kitchen has its own cupula, boveda ceiling. The main house has 7 master suites and all bathrooms have granite counters. Bedroom 1, the King of the Ocean Room, has a king bed, ocean view and access to the outside patio. Bedroom 2, the Caballito del Mar Room, has a queen bed, ocean view and access to the outside patio. Bedroom 3, the Mermaid Room has a king bed and ocean view. Bedroom 4, the Dolphin Room, has a queen bed and ocean view. There is a guest ½ bath on this main level with its own boveda ceiling. Downstairs there are 3 more master suites. Bedroom 5, the Dolphin Room, has a king bed and ocean view. Bedroom 6, Mermaid Room, has 2 queens and an ocean view. Bedroom 7, the Whale Room, has a queen bed. The downstairs has its own great room with a TV monitor for DVD/VCR, as well an air hockey table. There is also a ½ kitchen with granite counter tops, a refrigerator and microwave. Other amenities include central heating and cooling, fans in all rooms, and floors covered with Italian tile. The outside patio has a gas barbecue and sink. No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, and October and all Holidays. If more room needed, there are two extra bedrooms on the outside with queen size beds and one bathroom for $150.00 dlls more per night. January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays.
