This beautiful beach front residence surrounds a landscaped courtyard with a fountain and paved walkways in the Mexican hacienda style. Facing the courtyard and beach is casita with two large bedrooms each with a full bath and queen size bed. The East bedroom also has a twin sleeper sofa. In the family room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. It also has a king size sofa bed and a TV/VCR/DVD for your enjoyment. Large sliding doors provide a spectacular view of the ocean and open to the terrace, courtyard, fire pit area and steps to the beach.. Each bedroom has it’s own entrance. Enjoy the extensive patios for dining or relaxing on the bancos or toasting marsh mellows in the fire pit. There is central air/heat as well as a stainless propane BBQ. The other building facing the courtyard and beach is the owner’s home which is sometimes occupied. This residence is located on a large lot near the end of Las Conchas in Section 5 where the beach is sandy and quiet. This offering is not available in March, April, May, June, October
and holidays. (If you need a larger home, see Paraiso del Mar under Large Homes.) Minimum of 2 nights rental. Stay 3 nights and pay for 2 nights. This is a no smoking home with no pets allowed.
Las Conchas also does not allow fireworks, ATVs or RVs. House is limited to 7 persons including children.
