Facing the courtyard and beach is a casita with two bedrooms each with a full bath and queen size bed. In the family room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. It also has a king size sofa bed and a TV/VCR/DVD for your enjoyment. Large sliding doors provide a spectacular view of the ocean and open to the terrace, courtyard, fire pit area and steps to the beach. There are two additional large bedrooms in an annex, each with full baths, facing another side of the courtyard with a view of the ocean and the courtyard. The casita sleeps six and the annex four more persons for a total of 10 people maximum. Each bedroom has its own entrance. Enjoy the extensive patios for dining or relaxing on the bancos or toasting marsh mellows in the fire pit. There is central air/heating throughout as well as propane BBQ. The other building facing the courtyard and beach is the owner’s home which is sometimes occupied. This residence is located near the end of Las Conchas in Section 5. Minimum of 3 nights rental in March, April, May, June, October and holidays. Minimum of 2 nights required in off-season when you may also rent only the casita (maximum of 6 persons). This is a non-smoking house with no pets allowed. Las Conchas also does not allow fireworks, ATV`s or RV`s. House is limited to 10 persons including children.
