Downstairs is a sitting room with a fireplace, a Queen size futon, sliding door to the beachfront patio, Satellite TV/DVD. Upstairs the master bedroom with a King size bed has its own bath and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a balcony overlooking the estuary. There is also a kids room downstairs right behind the kitchen with a set of bunk beds for kids. The entire house including all floors, countertops and bathrooms is finished in Mexican tile. Other amenities include swimming pool in the complex. Although located in Playa Encanto this is not a solar home so there is no need to concern yourself with conserving electricity, and also makes possible the central heat and air conditioning. A perfect place for two couples or a small family to enjoy the best beach in towm. SUMMER PRICE $149.00 WEEKDAYS SUN-THUR. $175.00 WEEKENDS FRI-SAT. Rate for a week during the summer is $950.00 (from July to September except for Holidays) NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT. NO ATV'S ALLOWED.
