Las Brisas # 10 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom ocean front townhome located not far from Manny’s beach club in the Mirador area. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and private bath; the second bedroom has a full size bed; the third bedroom has twin beds and private bath with a private entrance from the rest of the home. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything for lunches to gourmet. The living room and kitchen overlook the ocean and open onto a double size beach patio with shower and foot wash, built in brick BBQ and patio furniture. Other amenities include: "FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI" A/C and Heating, 3 fireplaces,ceiling fans, TV/DVD, CD player, gated parking with onsite security and a GARAGE. All linens are provided. A PET IS ALLOWED FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $30.00 PER STAY. The home will sleep up to 8 people and there is a small extra charge of 20.00 per night for over 6.
