This luxurious Hacienda is located on the sandy beach part of Las Conchas right on the water with majestic views of the Sea of Cortez. It is built on a Tuscany style with Mexican architectural design. Hacienda Del Greco II offers individual extravagance, standards of luxury, security and convenience. The house features 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms. Master bedroom has a King size bed a full bathroom, sofa sleeper, fireplace, TV/DVD/VCR and an incredible ocean view. All the other 4 bedrooms have a queen size bed with its own bathroom, TV/DVD/VCR, fireplace, bar fridge and a coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils. The large dining room has two marvelous tables with room for all you party. Living room is set up with leather couches, a fireplace, satellite TV/ VCR and DVD. The home has two terrace levels that offer a bar, propane BBQ’s, shower and patio furniture. The house is all gated for you convinience. OWNER REQUEST NO PETS, NO SMOKING INSIDE. If more room is needed for your party, you can rent the upstair villa or the guest house located in the back. THERE IS A MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS RENTAL IN SEASON AND ALSO IF YOU BOOKED ALL 3 HOMES.
