The upper level of this house is at parking level and the downstairs is beach level. Gracias a la Vida I is on the upper level featuring 2 ocean side master bedrooms one with a king and the second one with a queen size beds.The third bedroom has two queen size beds with a guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils and a breakfast bar with 6 stools. The living room has a great ocean view with two large sofas, fireplace, satellite TV/DVD/ CD player and a beautiful brick dome ceiling. The large patio has plenty of furniture and a Propane BBQ. Gracias a la Vida II is downstairs and it features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. All three bedrooms with king size beds. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster. There is no stove. The living room has a great ocean view and it is equipped with Satellite TV/DVD and CD player. The large patio has plenty of furniture and a Propane BBQ. Other amenities for both houses include: A/C, heating, hot and cold running water. Owner Request: No pets, No fireworks, No more than 16 people if you rent both houses. 8 people if you rent either unit I or II. We are taking reservations for October 1st and up. The home can be rented as 2 separate homes. Pricing: The rent as separate homes is $425.00 during the week, $450.00 weekends and $475.00 Holidays.
