This recently built two story ocean view home is located just two blocks away from the sandy beach area near Playa Bonita. The house is located in a gated community. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms with queen size beds and two and a half bathrooms. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with a queen bed and its own bathroom. The kitchen and living room are also located on the second level. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, blender, coffee maker, microwave and all utensils. The living room has a couple of sofas, TV and VCR. There is also a charcoal BBQ. For better view of the ocean, the house has nice balcony. If you want to stay close to the beach and also near town, this is the home you are looking for. January, february, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free.
