The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all cooking utensils. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout the house, central A/C and heating, nice front patio area, hot and cold running water and an outside charcoal BBQ. Owners allow pets. January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays.
