This beautiful, newly constructed home is located in the newest and nicest development in Puerto Peñasco, Costa Diamante. The home is located only a few short steps to the beach. The beach is wide and sandy, and if you choose this home is only a short walking distance to the Sonoran Spa and Princesa de Peñasco Condominiums where there are stores and restaurants, as well as spa services. The home is located only about 5 minutes from downtown Rocky Point, so access to restaurants and entertainment is quick and easy. This house is beautifully appointed in Mexican style; a fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, stove, blender and coffee maker. The living area has ample sitting including a sofa sleeper and a SATELLITE TV/VCR. The master bedroom is located on the second level. It has a king size bed and a full bathroom. The master bedroom also has a fireplace and a balcony with iron furniture to enjoy the ocean views. The other two bedrooms are located downstairs and both have queen size beds. There is a second full bathroom between them. The home counts with a charcoal BBQ. Additionally the renters have full access to the 2 car garage where you can park your vehicles or your toys. It has everything you can possibly think of including great working a/c & satellite t.v. The walk to the beach is maybe a 2 minute walk. The beach & everything was gorgeous & we had absolutely no problems w/anything.
