The location of Tucson Beach offers calm waters for easy launching and retrival of watercraft in front of the house. The home has 2000 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a King size bed as well as set of bunk beds, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom holds two set of bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigetaror, toaster, microwave and all utensiles. The home also has central heat and A/C, Safe Box, a huge beachside patio, charcoal BBQ, a beach shower and spectacular sunsets. Garage available. Owner request: No pets, no fireworks, no more than 10 people. Bring own towels. January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays.
