The last bedroom upstairs has two queen beds in it. This home has ceiling fans throughout and 4 fireplaces. The kitchen is large and has a great view to the beach. It is equipped with a full size stove and oven, refrigerator, breakfast bar and wet bar, toaster, coffeemaker and blender as well as all of the necessary dishes and pots and pans. A large charcoal grill has been added to the patio. Air-conditioned and heated throughout. Casa E-10.5 runs on solar energy and a dc to ac inverter. Price for the house will be $50.00 more during the summer to run the air conditioning. OWNER REQUESTS: NO PETS, NO FIREWORKS AT ALL, NO MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE.
