You will have a large porch from where you can cook on the built in gas barbecue grill and at night enjoy the stars and moon with astronomy books and star finders. For those who like to walk, the first estuary is 8 miles to the west and the second estuary is 3 miles to the east. The sun will rise and set over the same ocean, this is a rare and beautiful sight. The largest tide swing, that I saw, was 8 feet from the porch to 980 feet out. You will find a tide calendar, in the living room that will show the time and levels of the tides. Water temperatures range from 65 winter, 80 spring & fall, 90 summer. Many do fish in front of the house. Most are successfully.
You will be on a quiet beach between the Mayan Palace and Luna Blanca, yet town, shopping and restaurants are only 30 minutes away.
This home comes with coffeepot, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cups, glasses, blender, 19 cubic foot electric refrigerator, full size gas stove, some games and is fully furnished. The 110VAC inverted will provide power for fans, lights, blender, refrigerator, radio and TV. Please do not use electric hair dryers, toasters or other resistive element appliances. There are gaslights in all of the rooms that create a cozy atmosphere and in the bathrooms serve as night-lights. For an even more romantic atmosphere, bring down candles, we have candleholders. Things to bring: candles, binoculars, beach towels, sunscreen lotion, radio (110AC), TV? flashlight, first aid kit, fishing poles, beach toys, snorkel, fins, mask, kayak (be careful of the tide swings and no driving on the beach). OWNER REQUEST: NO PETS, NO FIREWORKS AND NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE, DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT IF ANY OF THE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED. January and February rent 2 or more nights and get one free.
