There is a party deck with a propane fire pit, a bar and propane BBQ with gorgeous view of the Cholla Bay. Other amenities include A/C and Heating, hot and cold running water, TV/DVD, CD player and Garage available for you toys. Come and relax in the tranquility of this small but beautiful house. OWNER REQUEST: NO SMOKING INSIDE, NO PETS. Between December and the end of February rent this house for $150.00 during the week, $175.00 weekends and $225.00 holidays. January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free.

| Comments: Add Comment | | | | Comment From: rudy on 05/29/2008 | | Our expierance was wonderfull at borracho flats, the upper deck was great, we watched the the sand races from and got real drunk from there, I know we had the best veiw of all it was so much fun, more important was the inner charm, it felt so good to come home after all the days events in and around cholla bay, oh and the ceillings, oh my god i felt like we were in a differant world,so charming, we will do this again and hope that borracho flats is stiil for rent when we go back for more fun in cholla bay, thank you so much to the owners for this oppertunity .
