The Princesa de Penasco condominiums are located on beautiful Sandy Beach in Rocky Point Mexico(Puerto Penasco) just a little over 4 hours from the Phoenix/Tucson area. Unit D201 has luxury accomodations for a fun filled weekend or week with something for everyone. It is our home when we can get to Mexico!Princesa de Penasco has been carefully laid out to maximize the views of the beach and the beautiful grounds. Resort amenities include a clubhouse(with bar) a fitness area, 3 pools,3 wading pools,a jacuzzi,convience store,The Agave Grill and charcoal BBQ grills. Golf is located nearby as well as shopping,restraunts and nightlife.
Unit D201 has received Seaside's highest decorating ratings for the past 4 years. With two king size beds, two bathrooms and hideaway sleeper in the sofa and cots, sleeping arrangements for 4 to 6 adults or four adults and children are no problem.

Once you've been here once, you'll never want to go anywhere else! It's like your own little piece of paradise! I can never wait until the next time I get to go. If you quad, even better - tons of sand dunes and hills to conquer. If you tire of the ocean (don't know how)no worries, 3 beautiful pools to swim in!
