After 10 years of visiting Rocky Point it was time to make the big step and buy a condo. For us the key word was comfort. We wanted a resort where families were comfortable. Grassy areas where kids could play. Pools that weren't so crowded you could enjoy them with family and friends. A place where you met your neighbors. And amenities to satisfy everyone. We found this at PRINCESA de PENASCO.
As you enter the condo your greeted by "Freddy the Frog" with an inviting Margarita on his tray. You'll find a 1200 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that has just been redecorated with new furnishings added to give it a Mexican flair. As you step on the patio you'll look out over the beautiful grounds, 3 pools, sandy beaches and the Sea of Cortez.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, plates, flatware, glasses and all appliances and counter with stools.
The dining area is complete with Mexican table, six chairs and Mexican hutch with colorful china and glasses.
The living room comes with a new queen size sofa bed, allows sleeping up to 6, with matching chair. Television with satellite service with over 200 channels, including local channels from Phoenix.
The master bedroom includes a new king size bed, television and adjoining bath. lots of closet space, and again a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez.
The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed, television, with the bath across the hall.
Best of all is our patio view.
