Welcome to Our Paradise

As the title says, we want to welcome you to our paradise. We are very proud of our little piece of paradise and have been trying hard to make it a place you will want to come back to again and again.

Our condominium is on the fourth floor of the highly desired E building of the Princesa de Penasco resort on beautiful "Sandy Beach". The E building is the closest to the ocean of any of the Princesa buildings. As you can see from these photos, the only thing between this condo and the beach is the pool. Every evening, you can enjoy a spectacular ocean sunset from the private balcony. When you stand in the kitchen and look out, all you see is ocean! The view is simply spectacular.

The Princesa resort is very unique in Rocky Point in that the buildings are very spread out resulting in a huge garden like common area. Each building is only five stories high, so you don't get that skyscraper hotel feel. If your looking for a relaxing place to stay, Princesa is it!

This spacious oceanfront two bedroom, two bath condominium sleeps up to six adults. Children are always welcome. Our unit has a full-size stocked kitchen with newly remodeled granite counter tops, individual heat and air-conditioning controls, washer and dryer, hair dryers and daily maid service. The family room includes leather furniture, a stereo with CD/cassette player and each room has a TV/DVD and satellite cable. The entire condo has been freshly painted in the past year and we plan to continually upgrade.

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. 25 yr old minimum age limit for the responsible person in the party. Must present valid ID during check-in process.

    • Hello I am 40 year old Mother of a nine yeard old girl who has Down syndrome, Late onset spectrun disorder and on top of all that, she is a Stage 1 diabetic. She is a beauitful young lady. I Just need some time to get away sometimes. And this sounds perfect. I was just about to book a large vacation when my husband said try this one an I did however wee to know the rates and all the amenities (Jucuzi ) Please!!!!) br / br /I am also planning a Longer trip in mid june with the same friend so if it works out well, I will definatley be back in June. br / br /I would appreciate you getting back to me ASAP as I don't have long to get off work br / br /Sincerely, br / br /Alice Bayer br / br / br /Please mail me the costs as I need to get things together.
