Photography Contract

As owner of _____________________, I agree to pay for Kristopher Shane Photography to take professional pictures of our unit. I agree to give Sea Side Reservations exclusive 3^rd party use of the pictures to use on websites or any other form of advertising for the general good of promoting Rocky Point, the condo development, and my unit. I agree that these photos cannot be used by any other property management company other than Sea Side Reservations.

Do you authorize Sea Side to block your unit/units for 1 night only to ensure the Photographers have access to your unit?
