Initial Security Deposit: The initial security deposit for your Rocky Point Mexico rental must be received within five (5) days of booking if you don't pay by credit card.
Short Notice Reservations: Reservations made less than fourteen (14) days from the arrival date must pay by credit card or payments can be deposited
directly to Rocky Rentals at any Wells Fargo account, 0464673847. Payments may be made directly to Rocky Rentals at any Wells Fargo account,
0464673847. Please fax a copy of the receipt with your name to 602 296 0233.
Short Notice Reservation payments must be deposited directly to the above
Wells Fargo account and a copy of the deposit receipt needs to be faxed to
602 296 0233. Reservations will not be held if Security Deposit or Balance
Due payments are not received in time. A late fee of $10 will be charged for
balances paid after the due date.
Cancellation Policy: cancellations with 10 days before the arrival day at Puerto Penasco del Mar will be charge $100.00 per reservation. Cancellations made 9 days before the arrival day the payments will be forfited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. Recognized holidays can be found at the following link http://www.seasidemexico.com/rental_rates.html.
Policy on Pets: If a home owner has specifically requested that renters cannot bring pets, we are obligated to respect that stipulation. Please do not request any alteration to this policy or ignore it in such a way as to risk eviction and no refund of Rent or Security Deposit monies.
Other Expectations: Fireworks are not allowed. Excessive noise or any other form of unacceptable behavior is a violation of the contract and will result in loss of deposit and/or eviction. Violations include, but not limited to, parties and using the unit as a gathering place. Money will be deducted from your Security Deposit for those infractions listed on your Confirmation Sheet. In addition, Money will be deducted from the
Security Deposit for such things as:
a). Failure to secure all windows and doors upon departure.
b). Failure to turn off all fans and air conditioners upon departure.
c). Failure to bag trash and take it outside to garbage containers.
d). Failure to leave house in reasonably clean condition and free of trash, etc.
NOTE: SeaSide Reservations cannot be responsible for lack of electricity due to power outages having anything to do with storms, the electrical company (CFE) or by any other means out of our control. Nor can we be held responsible for water shortages which occur due to the lack of water in the town of Puerto Peņasco Mexico or the Las Conchas development. If at all possible, every effort will be made to find you other accommodations within our inventory.
Occupancy must not exceed the number listed on the confirmation or you are subject to eviction with no refund and loss of Security Deposit.
Children must be counted as occupants.
A late fee handling charge will be assessed for balances received after due date.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 P.M. Please Check in at the Property you have reservations for.
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11 NOON Please return the key to our office by noon (Arizona time) on your check-out day. Do not leave the key at the unit or at the Guard House. If you leave early, there is a key drop at the office.
