2. The only authorized use of OSCARS is to promote your Vacation Rental Property that is being managed by Sea Side Reservations

3. All Users agree that they will not show or cooperate with any competitor in showing, exposing or copying this system. The User understands that all IP addresses may be recorded and matched up to log in accounts in case of security breaches. Any user that undermines the competitive advantage of this system will immediately be removed from the system and possibly as a client of Sea Side Reservations.

4. User takes sole responsibility for any errors mistakes, misrepresentation, omissions, intentional or unintentional that are loaded onto the OSCARS webpage

5. Oscars user declares that all content, pictures, information, and images are not copyrighted material.
