Sea Side has developed a new program for our owners/agents who would like to rent and promote their condominiums. Owners who rent and promote their property are not only welcome, but facilitated in our rental program. Our OSCARS (Owner Specific Central Automated Reservation System) is a custom built module that allows each owner who chooses to promote their property to have their website, print media, or any other publicity to link to our reservation system via the internet and book their unit automatically while using our credit card merchant account. This has allowed our owners to aggressively market their rentals and be assured that their clients can book their unit in real time. This system has been met with incredible enthusiasm from our clients. Our idea is to make every owner an Agent. Many owners want to be active in the promotion of their individual properties. Many times it can be very cumbersome for owners to coordinate the reservation of their unit once they have located guests for their property with the property management company. Lack of credit card processing, double bookings, and rotation issues cause frustration and ultimately owners stop booking or marketing their unit. Recognizing that our property owners are the single most valuable asset we have decided to put this untapped resource to use in a revolutionary and creative way. Sea Side’s CEO, Steve Schwab went to China recently to oversee this project. This industry first design allows owners to have their owner website using Customizable templates, or using their own website to link into our reservation system and book reservations in real time using our credit card processing to take payment and server based e mail system to automatically e mail the confirmation and payment receipt to the guest. An innovative thinking to an age old problem of rotation for people who provide their owner rental leads is our credit of rotation points for night rented by their efforts. This way their efforts are not negated by having their efforts counted against them in rotation. This program benefits the owner making it more profitable for him to increase his OSCAR reservations, maintaining his condominiums position in the rotation. This is an Innovative solution that NOBODY but Sea Side has today. Sea Side Reservation puts on Classes monthly teaching its owners how to promote their properties. This allows owners to learn effective techniques to augment their rentals if they so desire.
