Everyone's favorite night spots such as Manny's, Pink Cadillac, the Pithaya, and Bumaye are located here. While none of the homes in this area are beachfront all are connected to city utilities and have heat and air conditioning. Pueblo A6, Casita Ranas and Condo Las Cruces have access to the complex swimming pool. The beach here is sections of sandy and rocky areas, but the Mirador is the place to be once sun sets. All the condo's face the ocean and have a beach view balcony. The beach in front of Peñasco Beach Club is wide and sandy, and is the most popular section of beach in town. It is almost a 30 minute drive outside of town. All homes on this beach are sel-contained, self sufficient solar homes. In only some of the homes can you plug in 110 appliances. The water for these homes is delivered as needed, and with normal use is filled once or twice a week. As long as you are conservative with the power and water you will have an enjoyable stay. None of these homes have A/C. The beach is wide, sandy, and covered in shells. If you want to have a quiet enjoyable vacation Playa Dorada and Playa Miramar are your two best choices. Almost all homes in this area are self contained homes. They are solar powered, and require that water be delivered to them with normal use 1 or 2 times a week. If you are conservative with water and power you will have an enjoyable weekend. The beach here is wide, sandy, and rocky free. Playa encanto and Playa La Jolla share the nicest beach in Rocky Point. All the homes in Playa La Jolla are self-contained, self sufficient homes, that operate on Solar Power, and have water delivered. With normal use water will need to be delivered once or twice weekly. All the homes in Playa La Jolla have generators, however, high load appliances such as hair dryers and curling irons should not be used. If you are conservative with the water and the electricity you will have an enjoyable vacation. The beach here is wide, sandy, and rocky free. playa La Jolla and Playa Encanto share the nicest beach in Puerto Peñasco.
