Located on the south end of the Malecon in the Old Port of Puerto Penaso, Mexico, just past the shrimp fleet marina and the "fish market", this new addition to the many choices of bar and restaurants offers a carribbean themed atmosphere.  Serving up the famous Fat Tuesday Frozen Concoctions as well at the BEST margaritas in town, the restaurant creates its own signature dishes such as Tequila Lime Shrimp, Lobster Crisp as well as more traditional fare such as Wings (try the Lemon Pepper Style), Hamburgers and a choice of Mexican dishes.  On the weekends The Thirsty Parrot enters the night with a live DJ/Karaoke and the outdoor terrace comes to life. The self proclaimed official Rocky Point Parrothead Headquarters plays a varied mixture of tropical rock music and will also be hosting performances of like minded "tunesters" such as Brent Burns, and others, during the seasonal months.
