All advanced reservation are able to pay half down at the time of booking,
and the balance due upon check-in at the resort.
* Cancellation Policy *
If a cancellation is made more than 10 days before arrival date,
there will be a cancellation fee of $100.00 USD.
At that time we will send you a refund check for your reservation,
less the $100.00 USD cancellation fee.
If cancellation is less than 10 days before arrival date, there will be no refunds.
No refunds for cancelled holiday reservations.
There are no refunds for early departures.
