  Welcome to our paridise in Puerto Penasco, Mexico (Rocky Point). The Princesa is one of the best laid out complexes in all of Sandy Beach. We have 3 buildings with ocean views and 2 that are ocean front. Our condo is in the "A" building which is ocean front. From the balcony the only thing between you and the beach is one of the three pools, at night the "A" building has some of the best views of the lights of town and the light house. The Pricesa has 3 pools,  one for each of the ocean front buildings and one for the 3 ocean view buildings, one is heated all winter. There is also a hot tub that is almost on the beach. For safety there are also wading pools for the small kids. We also have a club house, small store and a restaurant that has great food and even better prices. The restaurant will also serve food and drinks to you on the beach.                                   We purchased our unit (A-406) in 2007 and have upgraded it for your comforts. It has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master has a king size bed, with one of the most comfrotable mattress, and a private bath with a tub and shower. It also has a wonderful view of the Sea of Cortez. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is next to the main bath. Both bedrooms have TV, dvd/vcrs and HBO. IN the kitchen we have bought all new cookware, dinnerware, glassware and small appliances for all your cooking and seving needs. In the dining room there is room for seven people at the table and bar to eat at once. THe living room sofa opens to a full size bed so the condo will sleep six people. There is also a TV/dvd/vcr and stereo to use.  Don't overpack as we have a washer and drier so you can clean what you bring.                                     The Pricesa has 24 hr security and is inside a gated community.  When you check in they give you barcelets so the security knows that you are guest, this way only guest can be on the grounds.                                The Princesa has everything that you need but if you want to go to town it's only a few minutes way. They have wonderful restaurants with real Mexican food, two different areas full of shops and a fish market with so of the best and larget shrimp in the world. One you come to Puerto Penasco and see how reasonable it is to stay you will put it on your list to do each year. we hope that you enjoy our condo and return to it each year, we try to come down at least three or four times each year. Every time we come we find more things to do and love it even more.  Please check out our photos of the complex and a few of town.
